David Brumley, M.D., MBA is Fallon Health’s Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer. In his role as CMO Dr. Brumley is responsible for ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness of health care services to Fallon members, overseeing all activities and operations within Fallon’s Care Services department, and fostering strong relationships with Fallon’s provider partners.

Dr. Jared Conley MD PhD MPH is an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School and an emergency physician at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). He serves as the Associate Director of the MGH Healthcare Transformation Lab, where he leads a team of clinicians and engineers to enhance the quality and affordability of acute healthcare through technology and innovation.

Michael Cotugno, B.S., Pharm., R.Ph., Director of Pharmacy Patient Care Services, Brigham and Women’s Hospital
Michael is currently the Director of Pharmacy Patient Care Services at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. Michael received his B.S. in Pharmacy from Northeastern University in 1991. He has worked at Brigham and Women’s Hospital for 30 years holding positions as a clinical pharmacist, and clinical manager prior to becoming Director.

Jatin K. Dave, Chief Medical Officer, Director, Associate Professor, Office of Clinical Affairs, For Health Consulting at U Mass Chan Medical School
In his dual medical leadership roles, Dr. Dave is the primary clinical liaison between MassHealth (Massachusetts Medicaid) and For Health Consulting at U Mass Chan Medical School, emphasizing the close working relationship between the organizations. In addition to helping guide the leadership team in the Office of Clinical Affairs, Dr. Dave is a key part of the MassHealth executive team.

Eve Dorfman, MA, RN, NEA-BC, Vice President, NYU Langone Health
Eve Dorfman has held many diverse roles in nursing and leadership throughout her twenty-seven-year career. In her current role as vice president for operations at NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island, she oversees the home hospital, home health services, dialysis services, respiratory/occupational/physical therapies, hospital medicine services, and biomedical engineering. In the past year, she successfully led the charge to operationalize a home hospital program for NYU Langone Hospitals. Ms. Dorfman has served on the board of the Greater New York Nassau Suffolk Organization of Nurse Leaders for the past three years.

Stephen Dorner, MD, MPH, MSc, Chief Clinical and Innovation Officer, Mass General Brigham Healthcare at Home
Stephen C. Dorner, MD, MPH, MSc, is Chief Clinical and Innovation Officer, responsible for leading the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of key service lines and capabilities, shifting the site of care from the hospital setting into the home. These efforts are tightly aligned with the goals of enabling a lower cost site of care, helping provide more flexible in-hospital capacity, and leveraging technology to extend the reach of our expert providers. In addition to serving as a practicing emergency physician, Dr. Dorner is striving to build home-based care to ensure Mass General Brigham is building a leading patient-centered care model for the future.

Tahir practices as a Home Hospitalist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where he holds dual appointments in the Division of General Internal Medicine and Division of Global Health Equity. Pita Nims, RN MN, has been working in the telehealth space for the last twelve years and is a past of Chair for the American Telemedicine Association of the Nursing Special Interest Group (now Interdisciplinary SIG). Her background includes designing multiple telemedicine programs with an emphasis on workflow development while providing quality oversight in both the Acute and Ambulatory Care space. Currently, she acts in a triad partnership supporting both the Providence Telehospitalist program (attending and admitting service) and Hospital At Home. Additionally, she is the hiring manager for the Hospital At Home Command Center staff running 24X7 with both physician and RN support of patients enrolled in the Hospital At Home program.

"Sandeep is VP of Clinical Strategy & Partnerships at Biofourmis. He most recently served as the Chief Medical Officer at BlueStream Health and Chief Innovation Officer at Medici. Prior to joining the Medici team, Sandeep worked to enable cognitive technology at the point of care for HCPs and patients, to positively impact clinical learning and quality measures for healthcare organizations, pharma, and payers.
