2023 Hospital @ Home Leadership Summit Speaker Bio

Mandy McGowan is a Registered Nurse in the Madison, WI, area. She is currently Director of Home-Based Care Programs with UW Health, including oversight of the Home-Based Primary Care and Home-Based Hospital Care programs. Mandy has worked in the home health arena for 16+ years and has spent most of that time in various leadership roles, with a focus on integrating home-based care services into the larger health system continuum of care. Prior to home health, Mandy worked as a bedside nurse, charge nurse and flight care nurse in NICUs in Madison, WI, and New Orleans, LA.
